Jonghyun.Lee@pennmedicine.upenn.edu Curriculum vitae ↗I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, working in the Kim Lab with Prof. Dokyoon Kim. My research develops multimodal AI systems that integrate biological data across scales, from single-cell cytometry and tissue histology to population-level imaging.
I combine representation learning, foundation model architectures, and large-scale clinical data to build methods that are scalable, interpretable, and clinically translatable. My current interests include computational pathology, cytometric data modeling, multimodal learning, and data-driven epidemiology.
Previously, I was a Research Instructor at Korea University Anam Medical Center. I received my PhD in Medical and Digital Engineering from Hanyang University, advised by Prof. Dae Won Jun, and my MS in Cognitive Science from Yonsei University, advised by Prof. Sanghoon Han.
